I love microcars and if they have less than the normal amount of wheels and tires, all the better. It's really hard for me to pick a favorite, but you can't go wrong with a Messerschmitt. I've driven a few and it's an experience like no other vehicle. You know you're not going all that fast, but you don't really give a shit because you're grinning like an idiot. What's your fave?

The Vandenbrink Carver, of course.

OK, assuming we're limiting it to road vehicles, anyway. Otherwise, I guess some kind of plane. Or maybe the Tsar Tank.

Yeah, tilting trikes are pretty rad. The Tsar Tank is a good choice, too, but hard to call it a moving vehicle since it didn't go very far. As a sculpture, though, it's amazing.

I did not recognize your screen name, so I assume you are recent or an intermittent poster. A bit of background on me: loves everything automotive, An avid motorcyclist (if you could see my avatar, it would explain), love mid 60's GTO's, loves to learn from fellow Oppos, they are the collective gods of knowledge on all thing automotive.

Always glad to make new friends. Welcome to my world friend. What is your story?

I am a recent Opponaut, but a long time Jalopnik. We are of a like mind although I'm not a motorcyclist, but my brother was, so I spent a lot of time on the back of one and know why motorcycles are awesome. This is a good introduction to me:

Is that a Can-Am Spider? I wasn't trying to be cheeky, but there are many more 3-wheeled vehicles that excite me more. What do you like about it?

Most horrible and yet most commonplace:

Indian autorickshaws - with cargo-carrying pickup counterparts!

Passenger-carrying:

Pickup (we call them tempos, dunno why):

Oh, and then there are these. We call 'em van-os. No relationship whatsoever to BMW Vanos.

Newer type, seen in Asia:

Usually seen in India (Calcutta pictured):

That engine... can be heard down the street. Have ~2 foot diameter flywheels running with muddied rubber belts... seem like they have been retrofitted from tractors.

Seriously, though. Kettenkrads are boss.
